The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensure efficiency in service delivery, manage teams, and implement strategies to meet company goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

• Manage and supervise branch or department managers.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.

• Analyze operational performance and provide improvement strategies.

• Coordinate with senior management to align operational goals with company vision.

• Handle customer service escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support business growth initiatives, new branch openings, and process improvements.

• Experience in telecom, distribution, or logistics sector is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel within Ethiopia for operational supervision.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Educational Background in a related field of study

• Experience: 5 years
