Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop mechanical system concepts and detailed designs using BIM tools. - Prepare specifications, schematics, and construction documentation. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, energy standards, and sustainability goals. - Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors. - Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and oversee commissioning. - Integrate passive design strategies and energy modeling.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study, with relevant working experience. Roles and responsibilities: - Create and review electrical system designs including power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, and low-voltage systems. - Manage electrical engineering phases from concept to commissioning, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. - Approve schematics, drawings, and specifications; ensure adherence to codes - Coordinate with architects, civil, mechanical, and structural engineers to ensure seamless integration. - Conduct site inspections, testing, and diagnostics to validate system performance.

 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or with related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities:  - Manage project finances, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. - Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, contractors, and suppliers. - Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations. - Provide expert advice on cost management and value engineering.

Roles and responsibilities: -Enhance audiovisual services -Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues and mentor junior technicians. Skill - operating and troubleshooting AV equipment, including sound systems, projectors, video conferencing tools and multimedia devices - Excellent problem-solving abilities - attention to detail

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum of 5 years’ experience of which 2 years in the field of materials and services procurement for construction contracts. Previous on-site experience. Roles and Responsibilities: - The ability to deal with Suppliers, and subcontractors able to exercise budgetary control of local purchase systems - deal effectively with suppliers - Strong Communication skills - Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
