Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise staff, provide technical support, and construct, maintain, and operate standard laboratory equipment. - Sampling and testing of construction materials such as Fill materials, capping materials, sub-base materials, base course materials, Asphalt concrete ( From plant and /or paver ) as per Contractually accepted standards. - Inspecting site works such as mixing, placing and compaction of undercut replacement, embankment, capping, sub base and base course. - Conducting Field density tests in accordance with the frequency set in the ITP. - Inspecting structure works such as retaining walls, pipe culverts, slab culverts, ditches, Bridges and so on. - Inspecting back filling of structures is in accordance with ERA STS or any other accepted standard in the contract.
