ስካፎልዲንግ ፎርማን በቦታው ላይ የሚስተካከሉ መዋቅሮችን መትከል፣ ማሻሻያ እና መፍረስ የመቆጣጠር እና የማስተባበር፣ ደህንነትን፣ ተገዢነትን እና ቅልጥፍናን የማረጋገጥ ሃላፊነት አለበት። ፎርማን የስካፎልደሮችን ቡድን ይመራል፣ የፕሮጀክት የጊዜ ሰሌዳዎችን ማክበርን ያረጋግጣል፣ እና የጥራት እና የደህንነት ደረጃዎችን ይጠብቃል።

የስራ መስፈርቶች፡
የትምህርት ደርጃ፡ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ደረጃ 4 ዲፕሎማ በኮንስትራክሽን ቴክኖሎጂ፣ ጀነራል ፎርማን ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት ዘርፍ የተመረቀ/ች
የስራ ልምድ፡ ከታወቀ የግል ወይም የመንግስት መስሪያ ቤት በተመሳሳይ የስራ መደብ ቢያንስ 6 አመት እና ከዛ በላይ የስራ ልምድ ያለው (በስካፎልዲንግ እና ፎርምዎርክ ዘርፍ ላይ የስራ ልምድ ያለው ቅድሚያ ይሰጠዋል)፡፡
