Job Description
The SPA Supervisor's duties include overseeing daily spa operations, managing and supervising spa staff, ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing staff schedules, maintaining spa cleanliness and equipment, ordering supplies and equipment, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The supervisor also trains and manages staff, collaborates with management on promotions and new services, and assists with budgets and sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing daily Spa operations,
Supervising staffs, creating staff schedules,
Ensuring high standards of Customer service,
Handle guest inquiries and complaints,
Monitor and manage the inventory of spa products
Supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
Placing orders as needed, prepare reports,
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or in a related field of study
Experience: 2-6 years
Fluent Speaking and Writing in English language.
