The Express & Delivery Manager will oversee the operations, customer service, and logistics of the company’s express and delivery services, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage day-to-day delivery operations and logistics schedules.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Knowledge of fleet maintenance and dispatching systems.

• Experience in express, courier, or transport industries.

• Supervise and train delivery teams, drivers, and logistics staff.

• Monitor delivery performance and address delays or service issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company standards.

• Oversee fleet management, route planning, and cost control.

• Build partnerships with suppliers, couriers, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports.

Job Requirement:

• Education: Educational Background in a related field of study

• Experience: 4 years
