ከታወቀ የትምህርት ተቋም በሂሳብ መዝገብ አያያዝ /በአካውንቲንግ/በዲግሪ የተመረቀ/ች አግባብ ከሆነ የስራ ልምድ ጋር ዋና ዋና ኃላፊነቶች - በየቀኑ የገንዘብ ልውውጦችን በሂሳብ አያያዝ ስርዓት ውስጥ መመዝገብ - የሚከፈሉ ሂሳቦችን በማስኬድ ላይ ማገዝ - የባንክ ማስታረቂያዎችን ማዘጋጀት እና ማከናወን - የሻጭ እና የደንበኛ መለያዎችን ማስታረቅ - በመጽሔት መግቢያ ዝግጅት እና አጠቃላይ የሒሳብ ማሻሻያ ላይ እገዛ ማድረግ መስፈርት፡ - በፒችትሪ ስልጠና የወሰደ/ች - በቂ የኮምፒውተር ዕውቀት ያለው/ላት - አይ.ኤፍ.አር.ኤስ ስልጠና የወሰደ/ች/

PhD, Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.

Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience at least 3 years are at a senior or supervisory level in a government or donor-funded program. Applicants with prior involvement in financial management of national horticulture programs, including the Regional Horticulture Strategy or Avocado Flagship Program, will be privileged. Applicants are required to be able to speak, understand, read & write the official work language of the region/Afan Oromo.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and possess 1–3 years of manufacturing accounting experience. Proficiency in Peachtree, MS Excel, and knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws (VAT, WHT, PAYE) is required.
