Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming guests as the first point of contact.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Managing the reception area to keep it clean and organized.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Providing administrative support such as filing, faxing, data entry, and light bookkeeping.
  • Assisting visitors by providing directions and information about the office.
  • Supporting office staff with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Managing office supplies and restocking them when necessary.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Secretarial & Office Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Experience: 2-0 years
