Job Description

Our company is looking for experienced HR Assistant to join our HR department.
The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in carrying out a wide range of HR and administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, attendance tracking, onboarding, record keeping, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and conducting orientation.

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).

  • Track employee attendance, leave requests, and absences.

  • Assist in preparing payroll

  • Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and internal notices.

  • Help coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure company policies and regulations are communicated and followed.

  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).

  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist the HR Manager with any other administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Must be proficient in speaking, writing in English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

  • Knowledge of local labor laws is an advantage.
