Job Description
Our company is looking for experienced HR Assistant to join our HR department.
The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in carrying out a wide range of HR and administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee relations, attendance tracking, onboarding, record keeping, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Assist in posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and conducting orientation.
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files).
Track employee attendance, leave requests, and absences.
Assist in preparing payroll
Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and internal notices.
Help coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure company policies and regulations are communicated and followed.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.).
Handle day-to-day employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist the HR Manager with any other administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be proficient in speaking, writing in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Knowledge of local labor laws is an advantage.
