Job Description
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR documentation. This role is key to creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate and support the recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labor Proclamation and company policies.
Handle employee relations and support conflict resolution processes.
Facilitate performance appraisal processes and probation evaluations.
Manage leave tracking, attendance, and other time-related records.
Assist with training and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and support audits when necessary.
Participate in HR policy reviews and development.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Good understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good English speaking and writting is musc
