Job Description
Coordinate ISSEA events, including communication with participating schools, organizers and parents, as well as on-campus logistics and event result reporting.
Organize set-ups, student accommodations, transportation, and medical/security support for ISSEA and ISSAAA events.
Assist in the planning of ISSEA opening/closing ceremonies, catering and awards.
Ensure availability and procurement of materials for all ISSEA and ISSAAA events.
Organize local student group transportation with the General Service department.
Collect and manage student documents for international trips.
Coordinate student registrations, uniforms, and awards ceremonies for ES, MS, and HS sports.
Liaise with Boosters Club, PTO, and other stakeholders for major events.
Perform other administrative and secretarial duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional organizational and attention to detail
Willingness to work irregular hours occasionally (early mornings, late evenings, Saturdays)
Professional attitude, approach, and commitment to integrity
Proven interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and the community
Ability to exercise initiative and organize information/materials
Experience working in an international school or similar environment
