Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just four kilometres from Bole International Airport is looking for dynamic and competent applicants who wish to join our team in the following positions.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • ·Diploma/certificate in Food Preparation from Accredited Hotel Institute/college

  • ·At least three (3) years of work experience as Executive Sous Chef or Sou Chef in a known four- or five-star hotels

  • ·Having COC certification is an advantage

Competencies Required

  •  Excellent command of English

  •  Excellent interpersonal skills

  •  Capable of working in a team environment

  •  Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual

  •  Excellent menu planning, cost control and recipe preparation ability

  •  Proactive, innovative and customer focused

  •  Ability to give attention to detail

  •  Track records of developing others

  •  Able to work under pressure
