Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare Technical Drawings: Develop detailed drawings and plans from rough sketches, specifications, or verbal instructions to support engineering and construction projects.
Use CAD Software: Utilize AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and other drafting software to produce accurate and standardized drawings.
Collaborate with Engineers and Designers: Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure drawings meet technical requirements and project specifications.
Revise and Update Drawings: Modify existing drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions to maintain accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to industry standards, codes, and company guidelines in all drawings and documentation.
Support Project Documentation: Assist in preparing documentation such as site surveys, assembly instructions, and material specifications.
Maintain Records: Organize and maintain drawing files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
Basic understanding of engineering and architectural principles
Good communication skills for effective collaboration
Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications
