Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just four kilometres from Bole International Airport is looking for dynamic and competent applicants who wish to join our team in the following positions.
Sous Chef
Required Qualifications
Diploma/certificate in Food Preparation from accredited Hotel Institute/college
At least three (3) years of work experience as a Sous Chef in a known four- or five-star hotels
Having COC certification is an advantage
Competencies Required
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Capable of working in a team environment
Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual
Excellent menu planning, cost control and recipe preparation ability
Proactive, innovative and customer focused
Ability to give attention to detail
Track records of developing others
Able to work under pressure
