Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduling site visits, meetings, and deliveries.
Assisting with meeting minutes and distribution of notes.
Managing correspondence including mail and packages.
Document control including filing, archiving, and updating records.
Communicating and coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients.
Preparing weekly/monthly status reports.
Supporting health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance activities.
Ordering and maintaining office and site supplies.
Assisting in change control and project documentation updates.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.
