Job Description
The role is The HR and Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR and administrative functions within the organization. This includes recruiting and hiring employees, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing the administration of employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR and Administration Manager will handle office management tasks such as maintaining records, organizing company events, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
Administrative skills, including office management and record-keeping
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Skills
Experience with recruitment, training, and employee relations

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
Knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations.
