Habiye Academy, located in a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood at Gulelle around Enkulal Fabira, is an innovative and dynamic new Kindergarten school that is dedicated to creating a warm and nurturing learning environment for young children. The Ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess excellent teaching skills to provide a fun and safe learing environemtn for our young learners.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering lessons that cater to the individual learning needs of students.
Creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that enhances students literacy, math, sicience, social, and emotional skills.
Design and create effective lesson plans, visual aids and handson activites to facilitate learning.
Monitor students’ performance and assess their progress regulary
Communicate students’ progress and any issues to parents or guardians
Estabilish and maintain a safe and positive classroom environment that promotes learning
Encourage and motivate students to participate in classromm activities.
Develop and mainitain an effective, respectful and professional relationship with students, colleagues, and families.
Job Requirements
Required educational background and experience
Dimploma in KG education or related filed
2 years and above proven experience as a KG teacher
Familiar with current educational techonolgy and tools.
Exelent verbal and written communication skills
Pacience, positivity and strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of child pychology and development
