Postion: KG Teacher Assistant
Required Number: 2
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Gulele Sub city, Enkulal Fabrica next to Embilta Hotel.
Employment status: Full-time
A kindergarten assistant teacher works under the supervisoon of a lead teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learining enviornement for young childeren. The assistant teacher assists with the impelementation of the daily curriculem, classroom managemnt, and the supperviion of students.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of young children.
Helping with the setup oft he classsroom, preparing materials, and maingining an organized and clean learning environemnt
Providing individualised attention and support to students as they engage in learning acitivities and collaborate with peers
Assist with the assesment of students progress and providing feedback to the lead teacher to determine areas of strength and weankess
Comminicate regualry with paretns and families on studuents progress and maininging positive relationship with them
Job Requirements
Required educational background and experience
Certificate, Diploma or equicalent in KG education or related filed
Two years periviouse experience in working with Young children
Familiar with current educational techonolgy and tools.
Ability to work with collaboratively with tothers
Pacience, positivity and strong interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
