Job Position: Spare Parts Sales Representative
Required No: One
Salary: Attractive and Negotiable
The Spare Parts Sales Representative is primarily responsible for facilitating customer needs and requests in a way that is informative, productive and efficient.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Help customers find the spare parts they are looking for.
Read catalogs to determine parts requested by customers
Ensure all necessary parts are stocked.
Order new parts from catalog as needed.
Sell parts to repair garages, retail shops and dealers
Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility
Prepare Sales report periodically
Develop running call and visit cycles to new and existing customers
Execute any instruction that is related to business given by an immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years’ experience in Automotive Part sales Preferably on three wheelers parts
Understanding of the three wheeler parts
commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent reporting skill
Competency in Microsoft applications
Able to travel to various parts of the country
