We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Project Manager (Mid-Level) to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

 Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across all development phases.

 Communication & Collaboration

Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, design, QA, and business teams.

Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

 Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.

Develop mitigation plans and maintain issue-tracking documentation.

Ensure proactive communication and problem resolution.

 Process & Quality Control

Ensure projects follow Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Track project performance using KPIs (e.g., sprint velocity, budget adherence, delivery quality).

Support continuous improvement in delivery processes and project management standards.

 Team & Resource Management

Coordinate workload across development teams and manage external vendors when needed.

Mentor junior project coordinators or team leads in project delivery best practices.

Foster a collaborative, outcome-driven culture within project teams.

Job Requirements

Qualification  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

3 years of experience in software project management or related roles.

Proven track record delivering web, mobile, or enterprise-level software projects.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.

PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Technical background or understanding of modern software stacks (e.g., Angular, Node.js, AWS, etc.).

Experience managing remote or distributed teams.

Familiarity with UI/UX workflows, QA processes, and DevOps principles.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project data and metrics.
