Job Description
Ramid Trading PLC is seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute the company’s marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing impactful campaigns, managing digital platforms, and driving brand growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Lead and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email platforms.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Create and oversee the production of compelling content — visuals, videos, and copy.
Manage brand identity across all touchpoints to ensure consistency and credibility.
Supervise marketing events, sponsorships, and product launches.
Track campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools, and report actionable insights.
Mentor and support junior marketing team members to improve output and skills.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, trading, or retail industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in social media management, campaign design, and content strategy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other creative and communication tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
