Job Summary

Record the revenue and expenditures of the organization on the basis of their accounting software. Prepare bank reconciliation balancing it and different journals

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Detailed tasks:-

  • Collects, consolidates and prepares budget lists for the organization, as directed by the department head.

  • Record the authorized budget for its operation by dividing it by number; and monitors the expenditure so that it does not exceed the allowable budget.

  • Prepares financial statements from the Pension Accounting Software to the immediate manager in accordance with the instructions provided.

  • Shall provide the proper supervision of the revenue collected for the service and the various payments made in accordance with its obligations.

  • Provides and maintains forms and other documents required for the accounting and other purposes of accounting.

  • Supervise and monitor all expenditures, signed by the appropriate authority, supporting documentation for expenditure, handling of legal goods receipts, and their expenditures for their assigned activities;

  • Supervise and follow up the accounting policies issued by the company during any accounting period;

  • Ensures timely payment of employee salaries, insurance and rent payments to an eligible person or organization, and ensures that documentation is maintained.

  • Compare bankruptcy to the treasury and prepare a bank and record reconciliation with the treasurer and submit a detailed report to his immediate supervisor.

  • Monitor revenue from service provision and other sources with respect to income.

  • Appropriate balance shall be maintained between the Accounting & Finance ledger and the treasury record.

  • Consists on the statistical data of the organization's revenue and expenditure activities, as per its directives.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by the head

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Educational Requirements and Work experience

  • BA in Accounting and Finance/ or related fields

  • Minimum of 4 year work experience 

  • Working in a transport company is mandatory.
