About the Job - Description: We are looking for a bright and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will be the "face" of our business, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and handling general administrative tasks. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and professional first impression for our clients and partners. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining reception area tidiness, and providing administrative support to the team.
Number of People Required: 1
Salary: Negotiable.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the General Manager / Office Manager
Requirement/Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, Communications, or a related field.
Year of Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a front desk or administrative role.
ESpecial Skill: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Amharic and English. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A professional, welcoming demeanor and strong organizational skills are essential.
