Job Description
Big Star Academy (BSA) is a reputable Pre-KG to Grade 8 private school, operating in Sululta and within the premises of Derba Midroc Cement Factory (DMC). To strengthen our leadership team, we are inviting qualified and passionate professionals to apply for the following positions:
Location: Derba Midroc Cement Factory Premises
Reporting to: Big Star Academy Management Team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership for the Kindergarten Department, ensuring alignment with BSA’s mission and values.
Supervise and mentor KG teachers and assistant teachers to ensure quality teaching and child-centered learning.
Oversee daily KG operations including lesson planning, classroom management, and child well-being.
Develop and implement inclusive, developmentally appropriate, and play-based curriculum.
Monitor student progress and engage parents through regular meetings and reports.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children’s holistic growth.
Foster teamwork and professional development among staff.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Education: BA/MA in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within Kindergarten/Early Childhood Education.
Strong understanding of inclusive and play-based learning approaches.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Previous experience working with children with diverse needs is an advantage.
