Job Description
General School Coordinator – Sululta Branch
Location: Sululta, Oromia Region
Reporting to: Big Star Academy Management Team
Coordinate overall school operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Support the academic and administrative leadership of Pre-KG to Grade 8.
Assist in curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation across grade levels.
Monitor teacher performance, mentor staff, and support professional growth.
Oversee student assessment systems and ensure effective learning outcomes.
Strengthen communication with parents and ensure effective reporting on student progress.
Organize extracurricular activities and community engagement initiatives.
Work closely with the Managing Director and Academic Director to uphold school standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: BA/MA in Educational Leadership, School Management, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a school leadership/coordination role.
Proven knowledge of curriculum development and classroom management practices.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
