We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a background in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering and a passion for digital branding. The role combines technical skills with creative digital marketing to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns that strengthen our online presence and generate leads.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines

• Manage and update the company website (WordPress or similar CMS). Run SEO & SEM strategies to boost visibility.

• Create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Design creatives with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools. Run and monitor Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns.

• Conduct competitor research and track digital trends. Collaborate with sales and IT teams to align digital initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT or digital marketing roles.

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CMS (WordPress, Joomla, etc.). Basic design skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

• Strong communication skills in Amharic & English.

• Proficiency with digital platforms and eagerness to learn new tools. Ability to merge technical IT skills with digital creativity.

• Passion for online branding and digital storytelling. Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset.

• Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho). Team player with adaptability to fast-changing trends.
