Job Description
HKM FormTech Manufacturing PLC, a fast-growing industrial company engaged in innovative plastic formwork production, is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join its team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and brand.
Manage advertising, promotional campaigns, and exhibitions.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English and Amharic; additional languages are an asset.
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office and digital marketing tools).
