Job Description

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to both internal and external customers. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless user experience with the company’s services and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.

  • Assist users with the installation and configuration of software applications.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.

  • Provide ongoing support and updates to users regarding system enhancements or changes.

  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime for critical applications.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and IT support.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in human resources or administrative support roles.

  • Able to provide good leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, applications, and troubleshooting methods.
