Job Title: Highway Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa / Project Sites
Company: CCECC Ethiopian Branch
Employment Type: Full-time Contract
Application Deadline: October 26, 2025
Salary: About 15,000 Birr
To support the design and execution of highway projects by preparing road design packages (PKT), generating templates using Civil 3D, and providing drafting and technical assistance for construction projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Use Civil 3D to prepare PKT files for highway projects.
Generate and manage templates from PKT effectively.
Assist in preparing engineering quantity calculations for highways, municipal roads, and internal road projects.
Collaborate with site and construction teams to ensure design accuracy and project efficiency.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Work Experience Requirement: Less than 3 years of work experience.
Key Skills:
Proficient in Civil 3D for PKT preparation.
Ability to generate templates from PKT with accuracy.
Knowledge of road design, drafting, and construction drawing preparation.
Willingness to cooperate with construction teams and adapt to project needs.
