We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in factory management accounting and proven expertise in the import and export sector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cost control, budgeting, and financial planning for factory operations
• Supervise junior accounting staff and guide as needed
• Collaborate with management to support strategic decision-making

Job Requirements
Requirements
• BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in factory accounting management
• A good background in the import and export sector is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and ERP/accounting systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently with integrity and accountability
