Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all on-site engineering activities, including construction, installation, and commissioning.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and reports to guide construction and ensure adherence to plans.
Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to maintain high construction quality.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Liaise and collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and internal teams.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve engineering challenges and optimize project outcomes.
Manage and allocate project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency.
Prepare and review engineering documentation, maintain site diaries, and provide regular project status reports.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
Ensure all work conforms to project plans, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is generally required.
Experience:
5 more years of experience in site engineering, construction management, or a similar role is essential.
Road Construction Experience is mandatory
