Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage front office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure our office runs efficiently. This role combines in-office responsibilities with outdoor duties, so strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a professional communication style are essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Communication – Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

  • Administrative Support – Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

  • Record Keeping – Maintain visitor logs, files, and accurate administrative records.

  • Office Supply & Stock Management – Consistently monitor, purchase, and restock essentials including water, printer paper, tissues, and bathroom supplies.

  • Messenger Duties – Run errands for office needs and ensure timely delivery of supplies and courier services.

  • Mail & Deliveries – Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Office Maintenance – Keep reception and shared spaces tidy and welcoming.

  • Confidentiality & Support – Handle sensitive information with discretion and support staff as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Experience 

  • 2+ years as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.

Technical Skills 

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking abilities, customer service mindset, and proactive problem-solving.
