Job Description
Develop and manage all digital marketing activities (social media, paid ads, SEO)
Design graphics and create engaging content for digital platforms
Plan and execute online campaigns that align with the offline promotions
Collaborate with R&D for insights-driven content
Design and implement integrated digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, display advertising, and content marketing.
Develop and manage digital content, including social media, blog posts, emails, newsletters, and creative assets.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.; apply insights via A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve ROI.
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and media spend.
Work closely with creative, sales, product, and technical teams (or external agencies) to align campaigns with brand messaging and business goals.
Guide or mentor junior digital marketers or external partners where applicable.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging tech, and platforms to continually innovate strategy
BA Degree in Marketing Management /Business Management or in any related field of study Experience – 2+ years in related fields
Experience in graphic design and content creation (static, video, and animated content)
Tools & Skills Required: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, SEO, email marketing, or web analytics
