Main Responsibility
RTM Specialists are responsible to Coordinate Route to Market Activities to drive efficient and effective, sales distribution across all distribution locations.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Coordinate and lead National RTM(Route to market) strategies.
Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company strategies.
Execute and evaluate RTM performance distributor infrastructure.
Develop & communicate best practice.
Implement commercial technologies and automated systems to enhance RTM Performance and support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with commercial team to develop a solid and optimized RTM strategy including of urban and rural areas.
Coordinate and Develop Annual Business plan for RTM implementation in conjunction with Commercial team.
Generate and define RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors dashboard performance.
Job Requirements
BA in Marketing , Business Administration or any business-related Fields
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG Sales and Marketing function with demonstrated experience of RTM
Extensive experience designing and managing data strategy and research methodologies
Knowledge of working in RTM software
Time Management skills
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office and data entry software.
Problem -Solving Skills
Able to work under pressure
