Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior lawyers with case management and preparation.

• Conducting detailed legal research and analysis.

• Preparing legal documents such as contracts and agreements.

• Attending court proceedings and client meetings.

• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in all legal advice given.
