Job Description
As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Your duties will include organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating with clients and vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing proposals, managing accounting tasks, and maintaining customer relationships.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Computer Science.
Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
Skills:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Proficient in communication, both written and verbal
Strong proposal writing skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience in action planning
Effective communication and sociability
Knowledge of email marketing techniques
