We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to promote our software products and drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and develop marketing campaigns on various social media platforms.
Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and maximize attendance at events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive analysis & gather and analyze customer feedback.
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness; ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Work closely with other departments to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market insights
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1+ years of experience in marketing position, but experience in digital marketing or software industry highly encouraged, Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics,
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Willing to work in sites mandatory.
