Job Description
Skytech IT Training Center and Solutions is a growing IT training and solutions provider offering courses in Python Programming, Web Development, Computer Networks, Digital Marketing, Graphics Design, Video Editing, and more. We are committed to empowering individuals with tech skills and providing innovative IT solutions to businesses.
We are looking for dynamic, results-driven Marketing and Sales professionals to help us:
✔ Develop and implement marketing strategies
✔ Increase student enrollment
✔ Advertise and market our training programs and IT solutions
This role offers both Full-Time and Contract-based opportunities (with commission-based incentives tied to student enrollment numbers)
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to attract students.
Develop strategies for digital marketing, social media promotion, and local advertising.
Identify and reach out to potential students, schools, and businesses.
Drive student registration for Skytech courses and programs.
Collaborate with the team to increase brand awareness.
Compensation:
Full-Time Salary + Commission
OR Contract-Based (High Commission per student enrolled)
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing and sales (preferably in education or IT sector).
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, Google Ads, SEO).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
