Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in corporate human resource operations, with hands-on experience across diverse industries such as transportation, manufacturing, services, import/export, and agriculture.

This role requires someone with at least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, capable of managing administrative HR tasks while supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-spectrum HR administration, including personnel records, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and employee benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and corporate procedures.

  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews.

  • Coordinate training and development activities.

  • Maintain and update HR databases and generate regular reports for management.

  • Assist in payroll processing in collaboration with finance.

  • Liaise with various department heads to ensure smooth HR operations across all functions.

  • Provide support in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate HR role, preferably with exposure to transportation, manufacturing, service, import/export, and agricultural sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
