We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing and Sales Manager to drive our growth and market presence. This dual-role position is critical for developing and executing successful marketing strategies while directly leading sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, adept at building brands, forging strong customer relationships, and navigating the competitive food industry landscape.
Develop and implement the annual marketing and sales strategy and budget to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
Conduct continuous market research to identify new opportunities, trends, competitor activities, and potential new product lines.
Define the company’s brand positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) for various product categories.
Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Oversee the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials (packaging, website, trade shows, etc.).
Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy and content creation.
Plan and execute participation in key industry trade shows, events, and B2B advertising.
Create compelling marketing materials, including product catalogs, sales sheets, presentations, and case studies.
Manage relationships with food industry media and influencers to secure positive coverage.
Identify, target, and secure new clients and distribution channels (e.g., national retail chains, regional distributors, food service companies, export markets).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and account management.
Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize margin while remaining competitive.
Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales.
Potentially manage a small team of sales representatives or marketing coordinators.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in a combined marketing and sales role, specifically within the food processing, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
Demonstrated success in developing marketing strategies and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong existing network of contacts within the food industry (retail, distribution, food service) is highly desirable.
Experience with managing B2B sales cycles and key accounts.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools
Excellent understanding of food market dynamics, regulations, and consumer trends.
