Duties & Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.

• Crafting compelling content for various platforms including traditional and digital media platforms.

• Conducting in-depth market research to gain valuable insights for guiding marketing strategies.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate successful product launches and marketing initiatives.

• Overseeing the coordination and execution of events, promotions, and product launches.

• Evaluating and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.

• Maintaining the company's social media presence and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.

• Analysing data to uncover trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.

• Keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends and tools, and identifying opportunities to enhance the company's marketing efforts.

• Handling marketing payments and related documentation.

• Assisting in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing social media, email, and print.

• Collaborating with designers to create marketing collateral like brochures, flyers, and presentations.

• Coordinating events and promotions to bolster brand visibility and recognition.

• Lead Generation and distribution to the sales team.

• Contributing to the formulation of the marketing budget, ensuring all activities align with budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements

Education

• BA Degree in Marketing Management

Experience

• 3 years and above

Skills

• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.

• Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis.

• Simple design skills – Canva 

• Proficient in Microsoft 365

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
