Job Description
A Human Resource (HR) Personnel or HR Officer is responsible for managing various aspects of the employment process to ensure an organization has the right workforce in place. Their duties typically include recruiting new staff, managing payroll and benefits, overseeing employee training and development, ensuring compliance with employment laws, handling employee relations, and supporting disciplinary and grievance processes. They also advise line managers and employees on HR policies and procedures and maintain employee records.

Collateral: All employee are required to submit effective/valid collateral
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook.
Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, health and safety standards, and company regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the Finance Department.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution fairly and consistently.
Handle headhunting, recruitment, and organize the employment process.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years
