Principal District Banking Business Officer

Place of work: West District (Jimma), East District (Diredawa) & South District (Shashemene)

Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification and work experience:  

  • Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields 

  • 4/6 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer in branch banking areas.

Required competencies:

  • Effective communication;

  • Coordination & facilitation

  • Coaching and mentoring;

  • Problem solving; 

  • Internal control;

  • Knowledge of core banking applications
