Grean World Energy Technologies PLC is a leading renewable energy company committed to sustainable solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team as a Chief Operations Manager.

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Operations Manager to lead our technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in project management, team leadership, and operational efficiency. 

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from planning and implementation to maintenance and quality control, ensuring that every operation runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and business development, to align operational strategies with company goals.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide technical guidance and support to the team.

• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

• [5, five] years of progressive experience in an operations or project management role within the renewable energy sector.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating technical teams.

• Expert knowledge of renewable energy systems, including installation, operation, and maintenance.

• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with relevant software and project management tools.
