Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/related field of study

• 1 Year relevant experience in Property Administration Officer/related job position

Skills 

• Having experience in maintaining records of company properties, assets and equipment    

• Ability to oversee repairs, servicing and running of facilities

• Having experience monitoring physical assets and coordinate periodic checks or audits

• Ability ensuring all asset movement and status updates are well documented

• Familiar with software tools for property tracking and reporting

• Having experience with understanding property related legal and safety standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
