Maintaining and developing customer relationships, including managing client communications, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster retention and loyalty
Coordinating sales activities and managing appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients to support sales efforts and close deals
Developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including direct marketing, advertising, and event organization to increase brand awareness and generate leads
