Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties. This role involves a deep understanding of the local real estate market, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset

Required Number: 1

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieving property sales goals within set deadlines

  • Promote and sell the services of our company in an ethical manner;

  • Prepare and present reports of the sales process according to the format that the company prepares;

  • Actively participate in team tasks given by the immediate boss and achieve goals;

  • Develop new sales strategies and plan and conduct daily, weekly and monthly site visits

  • Draw up long-term and short-term sales plans for projects that need urgent and attention, examine and evaluate the sales and report the results;

  • Act according to the action plan and achieve the action plan;

  • Create and develop positive and long-term customer relationships;

  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to the best of your ability and report to immediate superior if beyond capacity;

  • Identifying customer behavior, researching, analyzing competitor product offerings and services, and highlighting and displaying apartment or commercial store conditions that may be suitable for customer preferences;

  • Providing necessary follow-up and support to customers who have bought a house in the post-sale relationship;

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Educational Background in a related field of study

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience
