Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement daily lesson plans that incorporate basic reading, writing, math, and social skills.
Use creative and artistic instructional approaches suitable for young children.
Monitor and evaluate children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Observe and identify children who may need extra help or intervention.
Maintain an open line of communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and concerns.
Manage classroom routines, enforce safety rules, and foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Attend staff meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in professional development.
Occasionally supervise children during field trips and extracurricular activities.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Education, Teaching, Early Childhood Development, or a related fields.
Experience: 3 years of experience
Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of child development and early education theories.
Patience, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate teaching materials.
Educational degree or certification in early childhood education or a related field.
