Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, including identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and consulting with clients to understand their Study Abroad needs. The role also involves building relationships with employers and candidates. This is an on-site role, and is located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Manage admission records and databases
Communicate with prospective students
Coordinate with academic departments
Organize admission events and campus tours
Provide guidance on admission requirements

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education , Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Experience: 0-3 years of experience
Experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus
Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
