We are hiring two Import-Export Officers to join our growing operations. This role involves hands-on coordination of the supply chain process, government documentation, ECX transactions, and quality control essential to ensuring seamless export of coffee and other agricultural products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase raw materials from ECX and local suppliers and manage warehouse transfers using Microsoft NAV.

• Coordinate with cleaning service providers and ensure quality compliance as per Ethiopian standards.

• Handle logistics processes: customs declaration, MoT & MoA inspections, fumigation, quality certification, and shipping.

• Submit relevant documents to government and non-governmental agencies: NBE, ECX, MoT, MoA, Customs, etc.

• Support ECX contract registration, inspection, and logistics for local and international shipments.

• Follow up and coordinate raw material exports to Djibouti and other international destinations.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in import-export roles (coffee industry experience preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft NAV and related logistics/ERP platforms.

• Strong understanding of Ethiopian export regulations and ECX operations.

• Excellent communication in Amharic and English.
