Job Description
Viscous Construction PLC is a reputable and fast-growing company actively engaged in civil works, Electromechanical works, and power distribution line projects. As part of our project expansion, we are looking for energetic and committed professionals to join our engineering team.
We are hiring 10 qualified Team Leaders/Site Supervisors to oversee distribution line installation activities. This role involves close supervision of fieldwork, coordination with project teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the installation of power distribution lines according to project plans and standards.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with their team, project Coordinate, and project manger for daily site activities.
Report progress, site issues, and daily updates to the Project Coordinator or project manager.
Support quality control and ensure proper material handling on-site
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in distribution line installation or related electrical works.
Basic knowledge of electrical drawings, installation techniques, and safety practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to work at different project sites as required.
